It is very important for you to read carefully these Terms & Conditions before making your reservation at REVISA SHUTTLE

  • The total amount of your reservation will be charged to your card at the time of making your reservation.
  • Payments made with Visa or MasterCard: the charge will be applied in US dollars. The possible conversion to another currency will be made under the current exchange rate of your bank.
  • Your bank statement will reflect the charge under the name of REVISA SHUTTLE
Changes to your reservation

All modifications or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the confirmed date for your visit.

To make any changes, please email the confirmation number of your reservation and the new date of your visit –or any change needed– to: reservaciones@revisashuttle.com and our reservation staff will contact you. Otherwise, call to our reservation office at the following numbers:

Cancellations

In order to proceed with the refund for the cancellation of a reservation, you must have made the cancellation at least 2 days before the date confirmed in your reservation. It will be an administrative 10% charge from the total amount charged.

Climate Guarantee

If you want to reschedule your reservation due to climate conditions, just call us 24 hours in advance of the time scheduled for your tour, and we will reschedule it.

No Show

In case that you do not attend, no refund will apply.

Requirements

It is needed that the holder of the credit card with which the payment comes with an official photo ID. Otherwise your reservation will not be valid.

We always do our best to make our visitors with special needs comfortable. However, you need to contact our reservation staff before making your purchase and tell us the type of assistance required in order to ensure that those needs can be met.
